Monthly Pet Rent: $20

One Time Fee: $600 (2 Pets), $400 (1 Pet)

Pet Limit: 2


Restrictions: We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $400 non-refundable pet deposit for the first pet and $200 for the second. There is a weight limit of 100 pounds combined, and aggressive breeds are prohibited.

Trinity is a modern, growing community in Pasco County. Trinity is an equal distance between Tarpon Springs and New Port Richey, offering residents easy access to the many delights of each city.
